it was brought to our notice that some persons have not been receiving iReport notifications.


First, we apologise for this inconvenience and be rest assured that the issue is now fixed; no reported incident was lost.

An investigation was carried out today (January 5, 2021), at about noon, and here is what we found:

  1. No incident reported was lost
  2. Notifications were not sent out due to a technical issue in the delivering system trigger. This has been fixed.
  3. The last date notification was sent out was December 24, at about 10:13 AM
  4. Between the last notification and today, we have a number of reported cases of persons not receiving this email
  5. Everything is working fine now and we will continue monitoring for a few more days to ensure stability.
